Mission Brief

Your Role in Our Space Mission

  • Act as trusted business partner for Engineering departments.
  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting process together with the business partners and the rest of the FP&A team.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly internal reporting, highlighting variances and key performance indicators.
  • Lead project-controlling activities, monitoring financial performance, risks, and opportunities within Engineering departments.

Qualification Checklist

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FP&A/Controlling within an industrial/manufacturing or design engineering environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Structured and organized working style with clear prioritization skills.
  • Collaborative team player, able to build strong relationships across functions.
  • High level of proactivity and self-motivation.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Physical presence at our headquarters at least four days per week.

  • German language.
  • Technical expertise in the aerospace sector.
  • Project management experience.
