Als Senior Accounts Payable Specialist bist du eine zentrale Säule unseres Accounting-Teams. Du stellst eine ordnungsgemäße, termingerechte und gesetzeskonforme Verarbeitung aller kreditorischen Geschäftsvorfälle sicher und leistest einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu stabilen Finanzprozessen sowie zu reibungslosen Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.

Your Role in Our Space Mission

• Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen sowie Sonder-Hauptbuchvorgängen in SAP S/4HANA (Workflow)
• Kreditoren-Stammdatenmanagement in enger Schnittstelle zu Procurement/Einkauf (z. B. Adress-/Kommunikationsdaten, Zahlungsbedingungen, Bankverbindungen/IBAN, Steuerdaten wie USt-IdNr./Steuerschlüssel, Dublettenprüfung, Sperren/Änderungsworkflows; Qualitätssicherung, Governance und Einhaltung des 4-Augen-Prinzips, wo anwendbar)
• Ordnungsgemäße Erfassung und Abstimmung von Banktransaktionen
• Abstimmung und Klärung von Differenzen auf dem WE/RE-Konto (GR/IR) inkl. enger Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf und Wareneingang
• Aktive Zuarbeit zum Monats- und Jahresabschluss im Kreditoren-Teilbereich (Closing-Kalender, Cut-off-Unterstützung, Konten-/OP-Abstimmungen, Analysen und termingerechte Zuarbeiten)
• Prüfung und Verbuchung von Kreditorenrechnungen in der Anlagenbuchhaltung
• Durchführung und Überwachung von Zahlläufen in SAP
• Überwachung und Klärung offener Posten (Kreditoren)
• Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Kreditkartenabrechnungen gemäß interner Richtlinien
• Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und (Teil-)Automatisierung des Rechnungseingangsprozesses (z. B. Workflow-Optimierung, Reduktion manueller Buchungen, Fehler-/Ausnahmehandling)
• Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen und Sicherstellung von Compliance

Qualification Checklist

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounts-Payable-Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen und europäischen Umsatzsteuerrechts
• Sicherer Umgang mit Bestellbezugsvorgängen (z. B. SAP MM)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch wünschenswert
