The impact you will make
Your responsibilities
- Organizational Development: Shape and track our evolving organizational structure and operating model. Help ensure the company scales in a way that preserves speed, clarity, and alignment
- Process & Knowledge Management: Map, document, and streamline key processes and workflows. Proactively identify bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements to increase efficiency
- People & Performance: Contribute to the development and rollout of career frameworks, performance reviews, and learning & development programs that support our people’s growth and engagement
- Investor Relations: Assist with investor communications by coordinating meetings, preparing shareholder updates and presentations, and supporting the organization of investor events
- Strategic Projects: Support priority initiatives that advance our mission and drive long-term company success
What you bring
- University degree in business, industrial engineering, or a technical background combined with relevant business experience
- At least 1 year of relevant industry experience, ideally in a high-growth startup, scale-up, or a leading strategy consultancy
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; you enjoy untangling complexity and bringing order to ambiguity
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently
- Curious, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
- A collaborative team player who can take initiative and drive topics forward with ownership and accountability
- Fluency in English and German (C1 level); confident communicator and presenter
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, compelling presentations
