Ride the AI wave
- Spearhead the development of the core Generative AI components of our Synthetic Data Platform
- Collaborate with our research team to advance and refine our model architectures, introducing novel concepts to enhance our product.
- Uphold development standards through peer code reviews and contribute to continual process improvements.
- Team up with QA and DevOps to streamline testing, deployment, and packaging.
- Actively engage in Agile practices, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Aid the customer success team by promptly troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in Generative AI and other relevant technologies, and integrating them into our product.
Bring your A-game
- 5+ years of experience in AI engineering in a product development environment
- Senior level expertise in designing, implementing and optimizing Generative AI models using JAX, Pytorch, or Tensorflow at scale
- Solid experience with handling and analyzing structured data with pandas, numpy, scipy, etc.
- Previous experience with Large Language Models, Reinforcement Learning, Distributed Training, or privacy-preserving AI training considered a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, quality and efficiency obsession
- Highly energetic personality with a "can do/ getting things done" attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
