About the opportunity

The N26 team in Italy is looking for a Financial Information and Reporting Analyst to become the internal and external point of contact for Financial Information in N26’s Bank in Italy.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and support the Reporting for Italy ensuring flawless and timely reporting processes

• Become internal point of contact for Financial Information for the Italian Market

• Act as N26’s contact with Italian authorities for reporting matters.

• Implement new processes as required due to regulatory changes or product launches.

What you need to be successful:

Background & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Controlling, Audit, Tax, Regulatory Reporting, or related field.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Financial Analysis or Regulatory Reporting within a fast-paced environment. Tax reporting experience is a plus.

• Proven project management experience, collaborating with diverse stakeholders and delivering results in an agile environment.

• Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and experience in structured problem-solving under tight deadlines.

• A proactive "can-do" and "hands-on" approach, with a focus on goal achievement.

• Ability to effectively interpret and communicate financial records to external stakeholders.

• Adaptability to changing priorities and a flexible mindset.

• Experience in working with and managing external service providers.
