Job description:

Start date: April 14th, 2025

To accelerate our growth and execution, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to act as the operational backbone of the leadership team, supporting them to focus on driving innovation and scaling the company.

This role is highly transversal: you will ensure that key priorities move forward efficiently, prepare high-impact materials to support strategic decision-making and streamline operations across teams. You will handle cross-functional execution, structuring information and ensuring that the right focus is placed on what truly matters.

Responsibilities

Strategic execution & leadership support

· Work side by side with the CEO to prioritize, structure, and execute key initiatives

· Support the CTO as well as Product & Business leaders to ensure alignment across technical, product and go-to-market initiatives

· Act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, ensuring that high-priority tasks move forward efficiently

Operational excellence & decision enablement

· Manage executive workflows, ensuring that leadership is focused on high-impact priorities

· Own and optimize internal processes to improve operational efficiency as the company scales

· Follow up on key projects, track progress and ensure accountability across departments

· Support fundraising and investor relations, preparing pitch decks and due diligence materials

· Prepare high-quality presentations, reports and documents for investors, partners and internal teams, ensuring clear and compelling communication of NcodiN’s vision and strategy

· Anticipate bottlenecks and solve operational challenges before they become blockers

Cross-team alignment & communication

· Bridge communication gaps between leadership, technical teams, and business functions

· Ensure seamless internal alignment by structuring information and keeping teams on track

· Coordinate key meetings, summarize discussions, and drive action items to completion

· Help maintain a high-performance, fast-moving company culture where execution thrives

Requirements

· MSc preferably with a focus on engineering, business or commerce

· A highly adaptable, team-oriented & execution-driven operator who thrives in fast-paced environments

· Exceptional at structuring information, synthesizing insights and driving clarity

· Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and execute with precision

· Strong communicator, highly organized and able to work cross-functionally with leadership

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Fluent oral and written English

· French is a plus

· Autonomy

· Curiosity and willingness to learn
