Job description:

Location: 10 Boulevard Thomas Gobert, 91120 Palaiseau (France)

Start date: April 14th, 2025

We are looking for an Office Manager to optimize the day-to-day administrative tasks, efficiently support core operations of our company and ensure work smoothness, as well as the well-being of our staff.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

· Administrative support to various departments (R&D, HR, Accountability, Purchases etc.)

· Support in creating presentations and reports

· Handling administrative correspondence

· Managing company archives

HR-related support

· Support for corporate event organization (professional activities, team building events)

· Travel logistics

· Recruitment process logistics

· Support with administrative procedures (visa, certificates etc.)

Accountability-related support

· Expense claim gathering and processing

· Invoice management and inventory

Purchase-related support

· Purchase orders / Suppliers’ management

· Expense management and reporting

· Project-based material cost tracking

Requirements

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Fluent oral and written English

· Previous experience in a similar role (1+ years)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Autonomy

· Precision and attention to detail

· Adaptability and teamwork

· Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software
