Your mission
  • Coordinate and optimise our expansion processes - starting with the initial setup of processes to the final fine-tuning
  • Continuously develop our existing sales tools and systems as a basis for strategic decisions and daily collaboration
  • Contribute your expertise to the future implementation and further development of our CRM system and play a pivotal role
  • Sales is a numbers game
    • Take responsibility for analyses, reporting and the KPI-based derivation of next steps to take our expansion team to the next level
  • Work in a team that has a common goal in mind: We want to bring NeoTaste to every major city (...and not just in Germany!)
Your profile
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in sales/outside sales and the gastronomy and start-up scene
  • You are experienced in working with databases and CRM systems and might have even been involved in implementing these
  • You work independently and in a structured manner - you bring a high sense of responsibility and commitment to the job
  • You have drive & want to be part of something big!
  • If you are enthusiastic about analytical but also strategic sales processes and can transfer this enthusiasm to other people, then you've come to the right place!

With NeoTaste we develop the platform for you to discover new restaurants in your city. As a user, you can enjoy special deals that are exclusive to us and allow you to discover the culinary diversity of the city.

On the other hand, we are also the partner for restaurants to win new customers who do not yet know their go-to food place. The restaurants can adjust their special deals individually to their capacity, which helps them increase their occupancy and thus their revenue.
