Your mission
  • Lead and manage our Dutch Sales Representatives, ensuring their success in daily operations, which directly contributes to our company’s goals and the successful expansion in the Netherlands.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor the Sales Reps on a daily basis, including shadowing, providing feedback, and implementing necessary changes to improve team structure and performance.
  • Drive motivation and engagement within the Dutch sales culture, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, ensuring sustainable outcomes in weekly partner signings per Sales Rep according to the rolling KPIs.
  • Take ownership of the commercial strategy for the Netherlands, collaborating with the Head of Expansion to determine the next cities for growth.
Your profile
  • You bring at least 4 years of experience in sales, and at least 2 in sales management or as a team lead, ideally in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire authenticity within the team.
  • Proven experience leading sales teams, with a track record of driving performance and achieving targets.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with the capability to develop team members through daily interactions and feedback.
  • Native Dutch speaker with professional proficiency in English.
  • Commercially minded with a strategic understanding of market expansion, specifically within the Netherlands.
  • Comfortable with numbers, looking at dashboards to see trends, and able to interpret and act upon data to drive sales performance.
