Your mission
- Plan and implement CRM campaigns for our B2B partners and app users
- Bring in creative ideas to continuously improve the NeoTaste experience
- Regularly analyze campaign performance, learn from the results, and discover new approaches that enhance our brand
- Support the CRM team – create room for strategy and process development, and gain valuable insights
- Work on automating our CRM messaging and develop innovative testing approaches with us
- Ensure smooth communication with our partners during product launches, promotions, and other important actions or campaigns
Your profile
- You have one to two years of experience in CRM or campaign management and are familiar with tools like Customer.io, Braze, or HubSpot
- You are experienced in setting up and executing CRM campaigns, along with a creative eye for detail
- You think analytically, recognize trends in complex data, and develop innovative solutions
- Organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment are your strengths
- Strong communication skills paired with a hands-on mentality will help you and your ideas thrive in our team
- You are a professional English speaker, German or Dutch proficiency is considered a plus
