Your mission
- Together with our Head of Finance, you will run and own several business-critical finance initiatives and help set up some of the foundations, such as a clear budgeting process, tracking unit economics, ensuring appropriate cost levels for payment processing, people and IT tools, and so on.
- You will be responsible for taking the first step towards proactive business partnering and set up a structure to efficiently collaborate with multiple business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- You will ensure both revenue growth and cost efficiency and work closely with our revenue management teams.
- Over time, you will implement and conduct the annual budgeting process and align numbers and data across different departments and sources.
- Support our business decisions by providing useful and accurate numbers and data.
Your profile
- Experienced in all things finance: you bring 4 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling or as a Finance Manager in a start-up / scale-up
- Financial modeling mastery: you love financial modeling and are a pro at forecasting techniques in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Analytical and detail-oriented: you are proficient in analyzing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting & planning: you have experience in annual budget preparation and strategic planning processes. Regular tracking against budgets or forecasts is an easy feat for you.
- Insights & solutions: you bring the capability to tackle complex financial challenges and provide actionable recommendations. You can easily translate complex financial data into clear insights for our stakeholders.
- Relationship building: Building trust and rapport with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners is something you do successfully on a daily basis.
