Your mission
- Play a central role in extracting actionable insights from a wide range of data sources, including user interactions, restaurant performance, and external market trends to support the product & tech team to make critical product decisions.
- Support our consumer space product team with metrics and insights about user growth, user behaviour, engagement and retention.
- Build product analytics dashboards, support ad-hoc deep-dives into specific opportunity areas as well as continuously improve and evolve our in-app event tracking.
- Deliver key insights that drive data-informed product development and assist the product team with A/B testing (experimentation) setup and analysis.
Your profile
- Product data analysis: You bring 2-4 years of experience as data analyst, ideally on the product side and with consumer facing mobile apps.
- Analytical problem-solver: With your strong analytical skills you are able to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights that guide product and business decisions. Your ability to think critically and solve problems based on data is a key skill in this role.
- Technical & data visualisation expert: You are an SQL pro and bring a high proficiency in data visualization tools to make the data understandable and accessible to your stakeholders. Communicating findings effectively is just as important as analyzing them.
- Testing & optimising mindset: You have a solid understanding of statistical methods and experimentation techniques which helps you in designing robust A/B tests. You know how to analyze their outcomes to optimize our product performance.
- Attention to detail: You know how to clean data and keep its integrity to ensure the accuracy and quality of the data used for your analyses.
- Collaboration skills: You are used to working with cross-functional stakeholders from the product, engineering and data engineering teams.
