As we scale internationally, we're looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to take ownership of our restaurant acquisition in the UK by acquiring and scaling strategic key accounts in the UK market.

Your mission

  • Own and execute the full sales cycle: from identifying top-tier restaurant groups and franchises to closing them and fostering long-term partnerships through account management

  • Act as a sparring partner in shaping our UK Go-To-Market and Key Account strategy from scratch

  • Build and grow a strong sales pipeline by leveraging cold outreaches, walk-ins, and existing networks, always on the hunt for high-potential restaurant groups and partners

  • Negotiate high-impact, exclusive deals that align with our value proposition for both restaurants and app users

  • Establish long-lasting, trust-based relationships with restaurant partners and drive upselling and other expansion opportunities within their brands

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable processes for strategic sales and key account support in the UK

Your profile

  • You are a true hunter with a strong new business mindset! Building pipelines from scratch, proactively identifying new partner opportunities, and going after them with energy and persistence is second nature to you

  • You bring 4+ years of experience in high-level B2B sales or business development, ideally in the software sales space or similar, with a proven track record of closing complex multi-stakeholder deals

    • Experience working with enterprises in the hospitality industry and an existing network within the UK restaurant market is considered a plus

  • You are taking full ownership of your market, are not afraid of a “no,” and bring the resilience and confidence needed to win over decision-makers

  • You are comfortable and experienced operating independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and thrive when given responsibility and freedom to shape your own pipeline from scratch

  • You communicate fluently in native-level English, represent NeoTaste professionally, and know how to pitch with impact and enthusiasm

  • You are working in a structured and proactive manner, and are willing to go the extra mile to make great things (and partnerships) happen
