Your mission

• Build internal tools, automations, and lightweight prototypes that reduce manual work, improve team efficiency, and streamline core workflows across departments

• Work closely with our Strategy & Performance team to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automations

• Take ownership of cross-tool integrations (e.g. Slack, Notion, HubSpot, …) by leveraging APIs

• Rapidly test and implement solutions to internal pain points by balancing pragmatism, speed, and scalability

• Set up and manage an internal intake process for automation ideas and requests from different teams

• Contribute to key projects such as Loyalty, Event Deals, or CRM workflows that require operational and technical thinking

Your profile

• You have strong technical skills: you’re comfortable working with APIs, JSON, Postman, scripts, or similar automation tools

• You bring 1–2 years of experience in a technical, product, or operations-related role

• You have a background in (business) informatics, computer science, or a similar field

• You’re entrepreneurial, proactive, and enjoy taking full ownership of problems and building simple, effective solutions

• You have a passion for automation, AI tools, and improving how companies operate behind the scenes

• You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders well, and work in a structured, self-organized way while being able to explain your thinking

• You're speaking English on a native-like level, German is considered a plus.
