Your mission

As a member of our leadership team, our Chief of Staff will be the main sparring partner for our CEO and act as a multiplier of his time.

• Drive the creation, structuring and organisational execution of NeoTaste’s business strategy and company-wide roadmap, defining key initiatives, milestones and priorities together with our leadership team and the different departments.

• Ensure company-wide goal alignment by establishing, maintaining and tracking KPIs, OKRs and performance dashboards across all teams and make sure the internal communication to all employees is transparent and efficient.

• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks and cross-functional challenges early, proactively proposing solutions to keep teams on track and aligned with goal achievement.

• Enable efficient collaboration between departments, ensuring accountability, transparency and a unified approach to driving company objectives.

• Manage critical projects and initiatives end-to-end, ensuring their successful execution from concept to implementation and addressing any issues that arise.

• Organise and continuously improve our leadership cadence, including update meetings with department leads, management meetings and strategy onsites.

• Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure smooth communication, alignment and trust.

Your profile

• Strategic thinker: You have a background in business strategy, consulting or similar, and have worked closely together with the CEO or leadership team for at least four years. Ideally, you’ve seen company journeys beyond series A or 100 employees.

• Data-driven and analytical: You work comfortably with numbers, KPIs, operational metrics and insights and understand how you can influence them positively with your work. You’re deep in the details but see the bigger picture at the same time.

• Organised and proactive: You’re used to planning and structuring complex topics, prioritising and estimating, and keeping things moving. You’re good at anticipating challenges or risks but also spotting business opportunities.

• Driven and hands-on: You have a founder-mindset and huge bias for action, you take ownership and move initiatives forward without waiting. You get things done and focus on outputs.

• Professionality and credibility: You communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders. Leaders and employees can rely on you, your expertise and decision-making.

• A natural relationship-builder: You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and bring people together. You’re pushy when needed, hold people accountable, and ensure commitments are met. You create clarity amongst the leadership team and the wider business.

• Excellent communication skills: you speak both German and English on a professional level.
