Your Mission
This role involves ensuring the effectiveness and consistent adherence to our internal and external communication policies, crafting communication formats, and generating content for internal communications and change projects. Working closely with our People & Culture team and leadership, you will play a vital role in supporting employer branding initiatives and optimizing the company's presence across all channels, both internal and partly external.
The work you will do:
- Coordinate and manage the board to enhance and unify the NFON Group's overall communication efforts.
- Oversee internal and external communication policies, including conducting regular reviews, making adjustments, and providing employee training.
- Take charge of existing formats such as monthly company updates, Q&A sessions, Meet the Management sessions, and other formats, while also spearheading the implementation of new ones.
Conceptualize and execute communication formats, conducting regular reviews in close collaboration with all stakeholders. - Generate content for internal communications, organizational updates, and provide support for change projects.
- Work closely with the People & Culture team to offer advice and support, as well as collaborate with the NFON leadership team, in communication endeavors.
- Support People & Culture processes and projects while enhancing the company's external presence across all channels, including career sites, social media, campaigns, and trade shows.
