Your Mission
The Role:
As VP of Sales, you will have a multifaceted role that includes leading the sales team and overseeing field marketing for our entities in Austria, Poland (plus minor activities in Eastern European countries), Italy, Spain, and France. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer of NFON AG. You will be responsible for all sales and sales marketing activities at these locations and provide strategic guidance to the executive management.

The work you‘ll do:
- Developing and implementing a new strategic direction for sales in those markets
- Leading and developing high-performing sales and field marketing teams through coaching, mentoring, and training
- Taking responsibility for achieving sales targets, lead generation and continuously improving sales success
- Cultivating relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Analysing and optimising sales and field marketing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Conducting market analysis to understand customer needs, identify competitive advantages, and recognise trends
- Managing the sales and field marketing budget and ensuring financial goals are met
- Providing strategic advisory to the headquarters management
- Coordinating sales activities across those locations
- Fostering a positive company culture and contributing to achieving company goals resulting in increased turnover
