Reporting to the Sales Department, you will manage and support partners and customers of NFON France, ensuring their projects are successful.

Sales Focus:
- Recruiting new partners (contracts, sales training, technical training)
- Nurturing partners (regular communication and support to follow prospects and leads, follow up on active contracts, support partners with lead and bid tenders)
- Managing leads from the website nfon.com and directing them to partners
- Receiving quotes from omt.nfon.com and creating orders in BSS
- Assisting partners in generating quotes
- Conducting monthly bill runs with Finance
- Being an expert on all solutions provided by NFON
- Providing technical support to partners (PBX configuration, hardware support for desk phones, DECT, headsets, premium solutions)
- Assisting our customers with configuration
- Partially managing Level 1 technical support
- Creating newsletters and communications to partners and managing sales challenges
- Conducting webinars to improve partners' skills on all products
- Managing marketing funds and leads
- Acting as an interface with ARCEP/APNF for France and IBTF for Belgium
