We are looking for a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Campaign Manager to handle our account-based marketing, social media, search engine advertising (SEA), and media campaigns inhouse. The ideal candidate is a native English speaker with a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable growth and achieve our business goals.

- Develop performance marketing strategies with your line manager and be responsible for the execution across multiple channels, including account-based marketing, social media, SEA, and media.
- Create, monitor, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, testing new approaches, and refining strategies to achieve the best results.
