- Lead, coach, and develop the UK Sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets and commercial KPIs
- Take over directorial responsibilities for governance, compliance, strategic reporting and financial oversight, as well as advising group management
- Define and execute the UK sales strategy in alignment with NFON’s international growth objectives
- Drive accountability, ownership, and performance excellence across the sales organization
- Lead teams through change by creating clarity, focus, and alignment around business priorities and strategic goals
- Drive pipeline generation, opportunity conversion, and forecast accuracy across the UK market
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to expand business opportunities and long-term value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Presales, and Customer Success to ensure a strong and consistent go-to-market approach
- Ensure transparency and operational excellence through disciplined CRM usage, reporting, and forecasting processes
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, including leadership responsibility within international or regional sales environments
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong ability to lead change, create alignment, and foster accountability across teams and stakeholders
- Strong strategic sales and business development capabilities combined with hands-on execution skills
- Experience in SaaS, cloud, or technology-driven business models
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting processes, and performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a comparable qualification
