Main responsibilities will include:
- Developing, executing, and governing marketing communications concepts and programs for engaging various stakeholders as per the business strategy
- Working closely with business representatives and marketing for ensuring content alignment and feasibility of the concepts and programs at business level
- To responsible for developing, implementing, measuring, and improving communication plans for supporting sales initiatives for achieving business line objectives and ensuring the development of cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Developing, coordinating and implementing the annual marketing communications editorial calendar and content through all communication channels and materials for establishing coherent internal and external messaging and brand equity
- Creating and maintaining the communications materials for ensuring that messages are integrated into the messaging creating materials can be included
- Ensuring sound communication across multiple media in line with the overall communication strategy for extending brand visibility
- Researching, identifying, and selecting external marketing communications service providers
- Defining key targets and quality metrics for marketing communications initiatives and reviewing and evaluating results upon completion of the activities
- Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Min. 3 years background in a similar position
- Strong understaning of BI and Marketing mix
- Solid experience in managing ATL and BTL activities
- The experience of building targeted content is advantageous
- Sound understanding of communication practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Outstanding organizational skills
- A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous
