Main responsibilities will include:

• Understanding the data requirements of the company, and conducting thorough analysis to achieve business objectives
• Collaborating with various teams, including top management and marketing to identify data analysis project requirements
• Creating dynamic dashboards and insightful reports using PowerBI to contribute to effective decision-making processes
• Communicating data analysis findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of business strategies and initiatives
• Providing recommendations based on data to solve business challenges
• Ensuring the effective functioning of business intelligence systems and tools, and taking necessary actions in case of issues
• Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in business intelligence and data analytics tools and methodologies

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a similar field from a reputable university with strong academic record (a certificate on business intelligence, data science or data mining will be a plus)
• 2-3 of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Experience with MS Office tools and data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge on Python, R and experience with Machine Learning models will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn, multitasking skills, attention to details, and ability to deliver high quality results
