We are currently looking for a new Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team for 6 months initially to cover maternity. There is also scope for the role to become permanent in that time as well.

Your Role

  • Identify, source and attract the right talents while building strong relationships with stakeholders from the various departments.
  • Manage multiple recruiting projects end-to-end, from sourcing, screening, interviewing to negotiating and closing the job offer.
  • Understand, challenge and improve our internal processes and sourcing approaches to ensure a great candidate experience at all times.
  • Motivated by providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • Contribute to our employer branding activities with your valuable ideas and become its ambassador both internally and externally.
  • Help to improve our documentation hub on Confluence.

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of experience managing your own recruitment projects end to end in a fast paced environment
  • Good understanding of sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines and pools for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Genuine interest in recruitment as a career path and constant drive to learn and improve oneself, as well as existing practices
  • Curiosity, diligence and hands-on mentality paired with a well-structured work style
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to balance decisiveness with empathy
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Experience in developing and executing employer branding related projects is a plus
