About the role

At Payhawk, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are successful in using our product, achieving their goals, and driving long-term retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and value realization
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs
  • Identify and escalate potential customer issues to the appropriate team for timely resolution
  • Work closely with the implementations team during onboarding and setup to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to address any customer issues or concerns
  • Provide regular customer feedback to the product team to drive product improvements and enhancements
  • Collaborate with the solutions engineering team to address more complex integration and configuration topics
  • Drive customer retention and expansion through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proactive, self-starter with a track record of success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
