About the role
We are looking for an extremely ambitious, self-driven individual based in London, who wants to be a part of a huge success story. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities for the UK/I Market.
We consider the BDR function to be our spearhead of the company. You are the first person to carry our solution to the world and you are the representative of our platform. You will take ownership of building your pipeline and generating opportunities for the Account Executives. Responsibilities
- Dictate and own your outbound prospecting campaigns, including various prospective techniques to engage with prospects via personalised emails, calls, social selling and attending events.
- Partner closely with a high performing Account Executive sales team in the London office to execute on effective prospecting strategies to generate opportunities.
- Follow up on various demand generation campaigns run by the marketing team to identify prospects
- Generate prospects and build pipeline for the UK/I market, specifically targeting our Ideal Customer Profile with companies of over 200 employee size.
- Identify niches and come up with ideas for new campaigns
- Draw data-driven conclusions on results and lessons learned.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of prospective clients and ensure you always have enough coverage to surpass your monthly targets
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Be driven and inspired to exceed sales targets and quickly progress career.
- Motivated to make an impact and see your actions add value.
- Resilient with a growth mindset - seek challenge in rejection
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce and Salesloft is a plus
