About the Role:

We're looking for an ambitious Sales Operations Specialist to play a key role in optimising our sales organisation for efficiency, productivity and revenue growth. You'll be a core part of shaping how we scale, owning projects with significant impact on our go-to-market strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders and is passionate about using data to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-architect our revenue growth: Own and drive initiatives to improve key sales metrics. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and customer success to achieve ambitious objectives, dealing with stakeholders with different levels of seniority.
  • Drive sales efficiency: Improve existing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, ensuring our sales team operates at peak efficiency.
  • Champion data integrity: Own the quality and accuracy of our CRM data, ensuring efficient lead routing, accurate reporting and effective sales execution.
  • Enable sales success: Empower our sales team with the tools, knowledge and processes they need to excel. This includes managing our sales tech stack, developing training materials and providing ongoing support.
  • Always drive with data: Track key performance indicators, identify trends and generate actionable insights to inform sales strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Example Projects You Might Own:

  • Boosting sales effectiveness: Develop and implement strategies to ensure new starters ramp quickly and achieve productivity fast. This could involve refining onboarding processes, optimising account prioritisation logic, implementing performance monitoring tools etc.
  • Improving prospecting efficiency: Lead projects to increase the conversion rates of our outbound engine. This may include implementing new techniques, leveraging account intelligence tools and optimising sales engagement workflows.
