About Pillar

Pillar is a vertical SaaS built specifically for the construction industry, focused on financial performance and project profitability.

Our all-in-one platform helps construction companies manage budgeting, invoicing, expense tracking, cash flow, and site-level profitability — all in one place.

After strong traction in Italy, we’re planning to expand into new markets.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on person to own this expansion from day one.

Why we’re hiring for this role

Demand is growing and inbound lead volume is increasing steadily. Now we need a structured, experienced person who can turn interest into real opportunities and a qualified pipeline.

The Inbound SDR is the first point of contact for people who have already shown interest in Pillar. A meaningful part of our growth goes through this role.

This is not a routing role.

It’s a commercial role with real responsibility.

What you’ll do

You’ll be in a sales position with real ownership from day one.

In practice, you will:

  • Manage the inbound pipeline, qualifying leads and booking demos for the Account Executives.

  • Run structured discovery calls to understand needs, urgency, and fit.

  • Ensure high-quality handoffs to AEs, providing the right context and priorities.

  • Contribute directly to Pillar’s growth by generating qualified pipeline.

  • Help improve processes, scripts, and qualification frameworks.

  • Work towards clear, measurable, ambitious targets.

This isn’t just answering requests.

It’s building revenue.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in SDR (or similar) roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech environments.

You’ll feel at home if:

  • You’ve been a top performer on the teams you’ve worked on.

  • You have hands-on experience managing and qualifying inbound leads.

  • You can run a discovery call with method and structure.

  • You’re competitive and numbers-driven.

  • You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally.

  • You feel like a builder and want to grow fast in sales.
