Please note: This is a 100% on-site role in Barcelona. Remote work is not available for this position.

At Pillar, we’re building the financial operating system for the construction industry.

It’s a massive sector, full of inefficiencies and slow processes, moving billions while still operating like it’s the 1900s. We’re changing it with AI and a product that’s fast, simple, and scalable.

We’ve closed one of the largest pre-seed rounds in Italy and are building the world’s first AI-first ERP for construction.

We’re hiring a Customer Success to join our tight-knit team of A+ people and help build the foundations of Pillar.

Who you are

  • You gained experience in Customer Success.

  • You are a native Italian speaker.

  • You communicate clearly and empathetically and enjoy solving problems.

  • You don’t wait for instructions: you see a problem and look for a solution.

  • You are curious, fast, and ready to challenge yourself.

  • You enjoy working in a small team where individual impact is huge.

  • You are interested in the startup world.

What you’ll do

You will be the main point of contact for our customers. Your job is not just “providing support”: it’s understanding their problems, helping them get value from the product, and bringing what you learn back to the product team so Pillar improves every week.

In practice:

  • Guide customers through onboarding and support them in using the platform.

  • Be the go-to person for requests, issues, and key moments in their journey.

  • Collect feedback and turn it into actionable insights for the product team.

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.

  • Contribute to defining processes and strategies for the Customer Success team.

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation + stock option plan: share in the value you help create

  • Small, ambitious team: zero bureaucracy, maximum impact
