Account Executive - Brazil
Sales & Business Development
São Paulo, SP, Brazil
EUR 20k-40k / year
We started in Italy, where we became the reference tool for construction SMEs. We're now building out Brazil as one of our key international markets. The playbook is being written right now, and you'd own the closing half of it.
The role
We're looking for an Account Executive to join us in São Paulo. Today, Brazil is run end-to-end by one person handling sales and onboarding solo - you will support our expansion, doing demos and getting contracts signed so the market growth can speed up.
What you'll do
Running demos: tailored to each prospect, clearly showing how Pillar solves real problems for Brazilian construction companies.
Owning the sales cycle: from qualified opportunity to signed contract.
Negotiating: pricing, terms, and onboarding timelines.
Closing: getting contracts signed and handing off cleanly to CS for onboarding.
Feeding the playbook: pricing, objections, and localization feedback from the field.
You might be a good fit if
Before you read on: if you don't tick every box but recognise yourself in the work, apply anyway.
You speak Portuguese (Brazilian) at native level and can work in English with the rest of the team.
You've run a full sales cycle solo before: demoed, negotiated, and closed.
You're comfortable with ambiguity - this is a 0-to-1 market, not a mature playbook.
You're a problem solver, not a closer-at-all-costs.
You have an ownership mindset: you spot problems and bring solutions, not tickets.
3+ years in a closing sales role, ideally SaaS or tech. Construction, real estate, or fintech is a plus.
Based in São Paulo - this is a full-time, on-site role.
What we offer
€40,000 OTE (€20,000 base + €20,000 uncapped variable)
Direct exposure to the leadership team and real ownership over building Brazil.A real path to grow as the market scales.
How we work
A small, fast team where the distance between an idea and shipping it is short.
Genuine autonomy and visibility - nobody here waits to be told what to do.
