Graduate Program (Brazilian Speaker)
Milan, Italy
EUR 20k-20k / year
Job Description
Founded in February 2025, Pillar grew to 50 people and closed a €12M round — Base10 (Silicon Valley), Earlybird (Germany), Italian Founders Fund, twelve months after incorporating.
We already serve 500+ construction companies in Italy. Now we're expanding into Brazil, and the playbook for that market is being written right now - you'd be one of the people writing it.
The program
12 months, fixed-term contract with conversion to permanent, based in our Milan office, working the Brazilian market full-time.
You'll do both jobs below from day one, the top of the funnel and everything after the signature. Around month 6 we'll both know which half you're better at, and you specialize: Account Executive or Customer Success owner.
Sales Development Representative
First point of contact between Pillar and construction companies in Brazil.
Build and work your lists, phone, WhatsApp, email.
Qualify hard: filter what isn't a fit, nurture what isn't ready.
Book demos for the AE who owns the market, with real context.
Customer Success
Onboard properly: import data, set up the first real project, train the office and the site.
Chase adoption: a signature isn't a win, a site manager opening Pillar every morning is.
Run renewals, spot expansion, flag risk early.
Both halves: own it in HubSpot, if it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen. You'll talk to more Brazilian construction companies than anyone else at Pillar; what you hear shapes our ICP and our product for that market. We expect you to tell us.
You might be a good fit if:
If you don't tick every box but recognize yourself in the work, apply anyway.
Ownership mindset: you bring solutions, not tickets.
Comfortable with numbers, data-driven mindset.
Energy and resilience — a "no" on the phone makes you want to make the next call.
Native Brazilian Portuguese, and comfortable working in English with the team. Italian is a plus, not a requirement.
Curious about tech, B2B SaaS, and construction.
No experience required. Sales, customer service, call centre, events, retail — anything that put you in front of a real customer counts.
Compensation:
€20K/year
You'll be based in Milan, but a good part of your day runs on São Paulo time; 4–5 hours behind Italy.
