What will you do
- Develop and improve automation solutions for our systems
- Select and integrate automation hardware, terminals, and control components
- Develop and integrate pneumatic solutions and contribute to the creation and refinement of electrical and pneumatic schematics
- Support system integration, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
- Work closely with electrical, software, and mechanical engineering teams to bring subsystems into a reliable overall system
- Contribute to the design of PCBs for plug-in modules where needed
- Take ownership of automation and integration topics from prototype to robust deployment
What is expected of you
- Background in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a similar field
- Experience in PLC programming and automation for complex technical systems
- Structured, hands-on approach to debugging, troubleshooting, and improving automation systems
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and turn technical concepts into reliable system solutions
- Proactive mindset with the willingness to take ownership in a scale-up environment
- Familiarity with safety-related automation concepts is a plus
- Experience with PCB design for modular electronic assemblies is a plus
