YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You align our existing designs and corporate identity to a unified strategy to generate a 360° brand experience
• You develop campaigns, illustrations, photographic content, images, posts and graphics with other departments to support all types of communications
• You are responsible for design guidelines, management of digital design artifacts and know-how to properly deliver and communicate designs to different teams
• You work with state-of-the-art discovery and design methods and make our competition look like Windows 95
• You design according to Leonardo Da Vinci's quote "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication." to support a complex market, digital design challenges and traditional customer requirements as intuitively as possible

YOUR PROFILE

You are looking for a challenging, fast-paced environment and have already proven in a similar position that you can work independently in a data-driven, highly reliable and structured manner.

• You bring 3+ years of professional experience in visual design or a similar role
• You have a portfolio with which you can convince us of your previous work and your eye for visual and interactive details
• Ideally, you have a degree in Design (Media Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design) or a comparable degree
• You have strong communication skills and are empathetic when dealing with stakeholders from other departments
• You have a high degree of personal responsibility and bring the right motivation to strengthen design as an area within the company
• You are highly experienced in the use of common tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• You bring flexibility and experience in different design disciplines and can act intuitively in the areas of print, digital, 3D, newsletter, social media, merch and photography/retouch
