YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager at remberg, you will be the driving force behind our go-to-market efficiency, optimizing revenue processes and tech systems across marketing, sales, and customer success. You will take full ownership of building a world-class revenue tech stack, integrating multiple data sources, automating processes, and providing strategic insights to accelerate our growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Technology Orchestration: Evaluate, implement, and manage tools supporting marketing, sales, and customer success (e.g., CRM, website tracking, automation, BI tools).
Process Optimization: Design and refine end-to-end processes from lead acquisition to customer lifecycle management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Data & Analytics: Establish reporting frameworks, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Revenue Strategy & Planning: Collaborate cross-functionally to set revenue targets, develop forecasts, and optimize pipeline management.
Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks within the GTM organization to drive continuous improvements and elevate team performance.
AI Enablement: Leverage AI to automate tasks, enhance data insights, and optimize decision-making processes.
YOUR PROFILE
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and Analytics, ideally in a SaaS environment.
Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Deep understanding of revenue organizations, KPIs, conversion metrics, and performance tracking.
Technical proficiency in analytics and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Make.com, Google Tag Manager, Segment).
Strong analytical skills with a passion for process optimization and operational excellence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English (C1 level); German is a plus.
