Account Manager - B2B Sales (Automotive)

We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our team and fuel our growth through new and existing account management.
Location: Preferred in Munich or Duesseldorf, with remote flexibility and some travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by closing strategic deals and meeting sales targets within enterprise manufacturing targeted accounts as well as within the RIIICO customer base
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing with Automotive OEMs and other clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
Requirements:
- Minimum mid-level experience in B2B sales for enterprise software or engineering services
- Prior sales responsibility for a minimum of 500.000€ in annual revenue and/or ARR
- Strong ability to navigate the OEM customer journey
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with large enterprise senior line-of-business executives, as well as operational managers
- University degree in engineering, business or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in or passion for the discrete manufacturing industry
- Fluent German (native or full professional proficiency) and professional proficiency in English
