Account Management - Domestic Market

We are a growing team looking for an Account Manager to help us on our journey to revolutionise road freight logistics. You would join our Operations Team, based out of the Milan office and will report to the Head Of Operations.

About The Role

As an Account Manager you will support our team in managing clients’ daily communications and handling several operational tasks with the aim to deliver the best quality service to our clients.


  • Advise your customers and be their first point of contact;
  • Schedule all our customer’s transport requests;
  • Understand our customer’s needs and provide responsive support, offering solutions and improvements;
  • Analyze, understand and improve our customer’s network;
  • Represent the company professionally, ethically and morally at all times;
  • Share your knowledge with other departments to improve the quality of our processes.


  • Experience working closely with clients;
  • 3-5 years in Logistics, preferably in Transportation/Linehaul/Couriers;
  • Experience working with data;
  • Proficiency in Excel and a good knowledge and use of MS Office;
  • Great attention to details and an organized approach;
  • Efficient and effective communication skills;
  • A proactive mindset and a great problem solver attitude;
  • Ability to understand internal processes and define with whom to share the information or issues highlighted by clients;
  • The ability to communicate fluently both in Italian and English.
