ABOUT THE ROLE

As a National Key Account Manager, you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like the ongoing growth and success of our most strategic accounts. You will solely be responsible for engaging with C-Suite executives, expanding share-of-wallet, and driving sennder adoption across customer organizations. The KAM is tasked with delivering a world-class experience to Fortune 1000 customers and contributing directly to the top-line growth of sennder. The ideal candidate has experience in managing complex stakeholder environments and a proven ability to sell to multinational companies.

You’ll be collaborating closely with our Global Sales Structure, legal department, operations and tender management to develop joint goals and strategies, closing new expansion opportunities with sennder’s existing customers. They are a collaborative leader, obsessed with driving customer success, and motivated by building and shaping the future of digital freight.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts, responsible for their overall P&L, including internal forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Build relationships with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers within customer organizations, leading critical conversations to expand business opportunities
  • Develop and execute customer growth strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Facilitate RFP activities and manage negotiations resulting in sustainable economics for both parties
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate negotiations and the most complex customer conversations
  • Analyze large data sets to identify areas of opportunity, influence decision-makers, improve the cost of service, and increase retention
  • Participate in strategic product road mapping and sell that vision to our customers
  • Increase overall tech adoption and implement integrations that increase operational efficiency (EDI, API)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as Acquisition Sales, Account Operations, Partner Management, Tender management, and Product to explore and lead customer projects. You will indirectly manage a large network of stakeholders dedicated to servicing your portfolio
  • Project manage multiple work streams that ultimately help to elevate our customer’s experience and add value to existing partnerships

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE…

  • Minimum of 3+ years of full-time experience in end-to-end enterprise sales and/or partnerships
  • Industry experience and knowledge in logistics is a plus
  • 2+ years experience in managing B2B sales cycles
  • Confident and professional expression, strong communication skills
  • Creative in presenting, able to put abstract ideas into a logical story based on data
  • Intrapreneurial thinking with a clear view of processes, deadlines, and budgets
  • Business fluent English is required
