sennder is Europe’s leading digital freight forwarder. In a traditional industry, we are moving fast to digitize and automate all road logistics processes. We are a growing team looking for a Senior Founder’s Associate to join our “Office of the CEO” in Berlin.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Founder’s Associate, you will work on an exciting variety of strategic and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will span from conducting market research and developing financial models to analyzing data for informed decision-making and spearheading key project management initiatives. You will play an integral role within the CEO Office team, collaborating closely with sennder's Co-Founders, CEO, and CFO. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, this position offers a unique opportunity to gain a 360° view of high-growth company operations while actively contributing to addressing challenges alongside internal and external senior leaders. Additionally, the role presents opportunities for future development within the Finance department.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…

  • Drive the identification, conceptualization, and execution of key priorities, to advance sennder’s strategic objectives - with a focus on fundraising efforts, investor relations and ESG strategy
  • Collaborate closely with sennder’s CEO and CFO, delivering tangible insights from project conception through to implementation
  • Serve as a liaison between the founders and various stakeholders inside and outside sennder (e.g. board members and investors), ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
  • Support sennder’s executives in maximizing their efficiency by preparing key meetings, including board meetings and strategy offsites
  • Assist in the development of business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and other strategic documents
  • Conduct market analyses and competitive research to identify growth opportunities

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE…

  • 3-4 years of experience navigating challenging and fast-paced environments, preferably at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional projects or initiatives
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate them into actionable insights; experience in financial modeling and analysis is a plus
  • Passion for ESG (environmental, social and governance), corporate finance and investor relations
  • Strong bias towards action and results-oriented mindset, with a strategic plan to achieve objectives
  • Proficiency in use of G-Suite or MS-Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
