As we continue to enhance our platform and expand our features, we are seeking a skilled and creative UX/UI Specialist to join our team and play a key role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Job Description:

Position: UX/UI Specialist

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Responsibilities:

• Champion user-centered design principles to ensure the development of interfaces that meet user needs and expectations.
• Conduct user research, user testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Develop and iterate on visual designs for web and mobile interfaces, maintaining consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Translate business goals and user requirements into compelling and user-friendly design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and optimize user flows.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system that ensures consistency and efficiency in design across the platform.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement and evolve the design system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
• Implement innovative and modern design concepts to keep our platform visually appealing and competitive.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving user needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills.
