What you'll do
- Lead onboarding for new SMB clients through structured video calls
- Build and refine onboarding processes and playbooks as the team grows
- Guide clients through setup, configuration, and early product adoption
- Maintain ongoing communication during the first months to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Identify patterns, recommend improvements, and contribute to onboarding documentation
- Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve client needs
- Spot opportunities for upsell or expansion (advantage, not mandatory)
Who we're looking for
- Experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or client-facing SaaS roles
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple client onboarding cycles at once
- Comfortable leading frequent video calls with clients
- Process-oriented mindset with creativity to improve workflows and client experience
- Autonomy, ownership, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility for shift-based work
What we offer
- Compensation & Equity: Top-of-market salary in Vilnius plus meaningful equity, so that you own a part of what you build. Salary range for this role is €1,300-1,800 EUR gross / month depending on expertise and experience.
