What you'll do

• Handle customer inquiries across support channels
• Resolve issues quickly and accurately
• Contribute to a seamless overall customer journey
• Build and maintain support automations
• Collaborate closely with the development team on technical or complex cases
• Document feedback and escalate issues as needed

Who we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally in B2B SaaS or consumer products.
• Ability to work evening shifts (17:00 PM to 1:00 AM) on a shift-based schedule.
• Proficiency in English at a professional (or ideally bilingual or native) level.
• Experience in building automations and workflows would be an advantage.
• High energy, proactive mindset, and a readiness to assist.

• Compensation & Equity: Top-of-market salary in Vilnius plus meaningful equity, so that you own a part of what you build. Salary range for this role is €2,500-3,000 EUR gross / month depending on expertise and experience.
