Quick summary: We’re looking for an experienced Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for Sintra. You’ll work closely with business leaders across functions - primarily marketing but also product, and operations - helping to shape hiring strategies, build strong pipelines, and ensure we consistently attract top talent. This role is about partnering with teams, driving hiring processes, and building teams that move the business forward.

What you'll do
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions (primarily marketing but also product, and operations)
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Execute creative sourcing strategies across channels (LinkedIn, communities, referrals, etc.)
  • Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience from first touch to offer stage
  • Collaborate with other TA partners to improve recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and assessment practices
  • Use market insights and data to guide hiring decisions and advise stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and organized data in ATS and recruiting tools

Who we're looking for
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent partner roles
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Comfortable hiring across multiple functions, including marketing, product, and operations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and talent market mapping
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong sense of ownership - you treat hiring outcomes as your responsibility
