What you'll do:

• Own all financial decision-making

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

• Drive fundraising strategy and manage investor relations

• Build financial systems that scale with the company

• Partner with leadership to make high-impact business decisions

• Ensure compliance without slowing down the business

Who we're looking for:

• CFO or senior finance leader experience in high-growth environments

• Real experience raising large VC rounds (at least one >$50M)

• Deep understanding of finance, planning, compliance, and capital strategy

• Someone who can explain complex financial logic clearly

• Independent, proactive, comfortable owning big-picture financial outcomes

• Top-of-market salary in Vilnius plus meaningful equity, so that you own a part of what you build.

• Salary range for this role: €6,000-10,000/month depending on expertise and experience.
