Who we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, dbt

• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Lightdash, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with business-driven mindset

• Ability to translate complex data insights into business recommendations

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

• Bonus: Master's degree, cloud platform experience (Google Cloud Platform, AWS), knowledge of machine learning concepts

What you'll do

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, dashboards and reports to present key performance indicators

• Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate effectiveness of new features and campaigns

• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to understand data needs and provide analytical support

• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders

• Identify opportunities for process improvement across our data infrastructure

What we offer

• Compensation & Equity‍: Top-of-market salary in Vilnius plus meaningful equity, so you own part of what you build. Salary range for this role: €3,000-6,000/month depending on expertise and experience.
