We’re seeking an experienced Copywriter who understands people at a deep level.

You’ll write across ads, funnels, landing pages, and product pages, shaping messages that feel intuitive, honest, and hard to ignore. This role is about connection first and conversion second, because the best-performing copy does both.

You’ll own copy end-to-end, from the first hook to the final CTA, turning complex ideas into simple truths and attention into action.

What you'll do

• Write high-performing copy for paid ads, landing pages, and growth funnels

• Craft hooks, headlines, scripts, and CTAs that feel natural, clear, and persuasive

• Translate product value into messaging that resonates with real human needs and emotions

• Collaborate on SEO-driven content by shaping keywords, structure, and messaging, without sacrificing clarity, tone, or conversion.

• Work closely with creative strategy, media buying, CRO and motion teams to test and iterate

• Use performance data as feedback doubling down on what works and cutting what doesn’t

• Take ownership of copy quality and help raise the bar across everything we ship

‍Who we're looking for

• Strong experience writing conversion-focused copy, not just brand or awareness content

• Deep understanding of human psychology, objections, and persuasion fundamentals

• Proven ability to write ads and pages that make people click, sign up, or buy

• Sharp understanding of hooks, objections, and simple persuasion

• Comfortable owning copy end-to-end and working independently

• Clear, direct writing style - no buzzwords, no filler

• Enjoys moving fast, testing often, and learning from real data

Salary range: €2,500 - 3,700/ month + meaningful equity - own a part of what you build. (open to negotiation based on experience and fit)
