What you'll do:
Handle customer inquiries across support channels
Resolve issues quickly and accurately
Contribute to a seamless overall customer journey
Build and maintain support automations
Collaborate closely with the development team on technical or complex cases
Document feedback and escalate issues as needed
Who we're looking for:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally in B2B SaaS or consumer products.
Ability to work daily shifts (09:00 AM to 17:00 PM) on a shift-based schedule.
Proficiency in English at a professional (or ideally bilingual or native) level.
Experience in building automations and workflows would be an advantage.
High energy, proactive mindset, and a readiness to assist.
Salary range: €1,700-2,300/month gross, depending on experience.
