Quick summary: We’re looking for a Head of Growth to own Sintra’s growth engine end-to-end - building the team, defining the strategy, and executing across channels to drive measurable revenue growth.

You’ll decide where to invest, how to experiment, and what stories we tell the world, making sure every channel, campaign, and funnel improvement directly moves the business forward.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not just setting direction, but building and optimizing the engine yourself.

What you'll do

  • Own Sintra’s growth strategy across paid and organic channels, deciding where to test, where to double down, and how to scale efficiently.

  • Build and lead the growth team, including Media Buyers and Creative Strategy, creating strong feedback loops between performance and creative.

  • Design and run structured experimentation frameworks, rapid testing across channels, landing pages, messaging, and monetization models.

  • Manage and allocate growth budgets with a strong ROI mindset, balancing aggressive scaling with capital efficiency.

  • Optimize the full funnel, from acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue, across both B2C and B2B flows.

  • Work closely with product, development, and client-facing teams to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with product experience and business impact.

Who we're looking for

  • Extensive experience driving growth in fast-moving startups or scale-ups - where revenue and performance metrics mattered every day.

  • Strong hands-on experience across paid and organic channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, SEO, content, partnerships, etc.).

  • Experience in SaaS and/or e-commerce environments, understanding subscription models, funnels, pricing, and retention.

  • Comfortable owning significant budgets and making data-driven decisions under uncertainty.

  • A mix of strategist and operator — able to zoom out and define direction, but also dive deep into dashboards, creatives, and experiments.

  • Someone who thrives in chaos, loves building things from scratch, and cares about the humans on the other side of our product.

Salary range: €6,000 - €9,000/month gross, depending on experience.
