Quick summary: This is the first-ever Influencer Marketing role at Sintra. You will own our global creator strategy end-to-end. You’ll identify, recruit, and nurture influencer partnerships, define processes from scratch, and turn collaborations into measurable business results. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with full ownership.

What you’ll do:

• Own and execute Sintra’s global influencer marketing strategy - across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other creator platforms.

• Identify, vet, and onboard influencers that align with Sintra’s brand and audience.

• Negotiate contracts, collaboration terms, and partnerships with a focus on ROI and scalability.

• Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaigns, iterating to maximize impact.

• Collaborate with creative and performance teams to repurpose influencer content for ads and growth channels.

• Build long-term relationships with top creators to maximize lifetime value.

Who we’re looking for

• 3+ years in influencer marketing or partnerships strategy.

• Proven ability to identify creators and run campaigns that drive measurable ROI.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Analytical mindset to track, optimize, and report results.

• Hands-on self-starter comfortable building processes from scratch.

• Visionary - able to define strategy and execute it.

Salary range: €4,000 - 6,000/month gross, depending on experience.
