We're looking for a Reputation Manager who thrives in the comments section, doesn't flinch at criticism, and knows how to turn a skeptic into a believer. You'll be the voice defending and elevating Sintra's brand across every corner of the internet where people are forming opinions about us.

What you'll do:

• Publish engaging posts in our Instagram, Facebook Community every three days to keep our audience informed, inspired, and connected

• Monitor and respond to comments across our Instagram, Facebook Community, and on Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns

• Track mentions of Sintra across Reddit, Google, and AI-powered search sources — and respond thoughtfully wherever our reputation is at stake

• Counter misinformation and negative narratives with facts, empathy, and clarity

• Educate our community on product updates, what's changed, and what's on the roadmap

• Handle tough questions and concerns with professionalism and transparency

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in community management, PR, or brand reputation

• Strong writing skills — you can be direct, warm, and persuasive in the same breath

• Thick skin and a cool head; negativity online doesn't rattle you

• Familiarity with Reddit culture and how AI/search surfaces brand content

• A genuine belief that great communication can change minds

Salary range: €3,000-5,000/month gross, depending on experience.
