About the role

We're looking for highly experienced freelance Graphic and Web Design Lead to work directly with our Content Lead. You'd own visual direction end to end, with real ownership and autonomy.

Our audience is engineers and technical decision-makers. The design has to feel credible to them through sharp, clear, considered assets. If you love the idea of building a visual language for a technical brand from the ground up, this is the role.

What you'll do

• Shape and evolve our visual language across every touchpoint

• Turn technical concepts into clear, considered diagrams and infographics

• Design web page components and landing pages

• Produce social and event assets that hold the same bar

What we're looking for

• Portfolio showing range, strong brand thinking alongside execution

• A real eye for making complex ideas visually simple

• Someone who takes a rough brief and comes back with a direction

• Figma fluency; Webflow or basic front-end a real plus

• Comfort in a fast-moving, unstructured environment

• Proven experience in SaaS or any other technically complex niche
