TastyUrban is a multi-brand food franchise. We work with internationally acclaimed Chefs to develop best in market delivery-first food concepts, which are licensed out to local restaurant partners.

TastyUrban is looking for a working student in our new Live Operations team to join us at this very exciting stage. You will help us grow and elevate our business across Germany. This is an exciting and rare opportunity, giving you a lot of responsibility very early on, and your work will enable us to achieve a high level of operations with our partners, thereby ensuring the best possible quality of food.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day monitoring of the operations to ensure restaurant uptime, item availability and order completion to maximize our growth
• Interact with our Delivery Partners, Account Managers and restaurants to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Report on issues and find scalable solutions
• Collect valuable feedback from our restaurants and external stakeholders
• Help to constantly improve our live operations processes and to implement new features

Qualifications

• Experience in Live Operations or Customer Support is very helpful
• Experience in Gastronomy or Food Delivery is a plus
• Conversational fluency in English and German
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn problems into solutions
• Tech-savvy, with positive attitude and a high level of empathy towards partners
• Hands on mentality, with a motivation to join at a very early stage and taking on a lot of responsibilities from day one onwards
